On April 20, 2006 my car was hit by a bus belonging to a company called The Party Ride. I was parked in at Verizon Amphitheatre for a Jimmy Buffet concert. Fortunately I and a friend witnessed the accident and I was able to stop the driver before he could leave the scene. The Party Ride bus is owned by A1 Quality Limousine, LLC in New York City.
I have contacted Hesie and Nicole at A1 Quality Limousine numerous times to attempt to collect for the damages their driver had caused and the company has been totally unresponsive. The damages were in excess of $1000.
My car has been repaired and my insurance company is now attempting to collect from A1 Quality Limosine and The Party Ride. The issue has already been sent to a collections company. They have not returned their phone calles either.
This company owes my insurance company for these damages they've already paid for and they owe me $500 plus $79 for my car rental while my car was being repaired.
UPDATE - OCT 2, 2006: A COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILED WITH THE NEW YORK BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU
Please help me! Call the Party Ride 800# and tell them to pay up!
